Atlanta Accident Attorney

By: Mike Edley (Atlanta Accident Attorney)

Being the center and most populated city of the US state of Georgia, Atlanta is the national center of culture and economy. It is also well-known for its diverse musical culture and Southern hospitality. With household of over 6 million people, the city is filled of traffic. And it’s especially because the people rely greatly on autos for transportation.Apart from all the construction and culture stuffs, the city is risky because of the numerous road accidents. Well, conferring to the Georgia Department of Transportation, nearly 2000 drivers are involved in an accident every day. That totals up to a number of 730,000 a year. So, almost every local is at risk of being involved in some sort of a car accident every 5-6 years.

With all the heavy traffic, you are at risk of a crash at any time. But you can choose to be careful and decrease that risk intensely. Such as Jack Youngblood alleged, “Good luck is a remainder of preparation.”

Literally, there is no such thing as good luck and if you wanna be, ”luck” represents all the safety precautions that keeps you safe. And always have a standby plan in case you run out of that ”luck”. Save yourself a enjoyable insurance plan for a rainy day, all the time.

Getting An Attorney

Let’s get it straightforward. Generally, when you crash your car, the insurance company will offer you a settlement proposal and will put your car up for a patch-up. At this time, you must know that they are not giving you the sum you deserve. Actually, they will try to show that it was really your liability that you crashed your car. They will say that it’s not what they contracted for when they were getting payments from you. This is why you need an attorney!

Why An Attorney?

An attorney will discuss with the insurance company for an improved settlement deal on your behalf. If they reject, he will file a lawsuit in the court of law. The good news is, almost 70% of these assertions get approved before even they go into a trial. And that is the reason most of these companies give you a better offer the second time. Since they don’t desire to lose cash on trials every now and then.

Ultimately, in the world we live in, there is no prediction whether you will be involved in a crash or not. For those who live through these traumatic stages in their life, remember, “Don’t look back in shame. Move on with confidence.”

The more severe the injuries, the better the lawsuit. These cases can cost alot of money, so they are looking to reimburse their expenses by taking some percentage of your damages. What are the medical bills? Why hasn’t the other driver’s insurance paid anything? Do you have uninsured motorist coverage? This is devoid of ANY details required for an answer.
